Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

at age 15 i plead guilty to lewd and lascivious molestation on a person 11. im under 18 and have to register as a sex offender and on 10yrs probation. is there any way to get off of probation, and get the sex offender title off of my name? this is realy embarrasing and im a minor.

Typically you can get probation terminated once you have successfully completed one half of the time. This brand may well stick with you for the rest of your life. You need to consult with an aggressive criminal defense attorney.
