I hope you can help us.... this is horrifying. We placed my 23 you brain damaged , Autistic sister into a group home 6 months ago. her condition has deteriorated rapidly, including weight loss -they have not been medicating her properly -she has been black and blue over her body and face, MRI done last week revealed skull fractures in the front and back

She is in a phyc. ward, and they are conducting a sexual molestation investigation, including a rape kit .

can some one help us?

thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Re: Civil Rights violation

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your sister. You may have claims against the individuals or the companies involved in managing the home, or even against the state or other agencies that license the home. You should consult with a lawyer who is skilled in these claims right away. In particular, you probably want to consult with a lawyer who is board certified in civil trial law, as our the lawyers in our firm. Most lawyers are not board certified. You should also keep in mind that there are strict time limits for filing a claim in court, and you don't want to miss any deadline. We'd be happy to discuss the situation with you. We offer a free initial consultation.
