i am being sused by a credit card company over a $400 credit card well they want me to fill out a fact info sheet asking all my personal information like ss number drivers lic. number all my bills etc. and i refuse to fill it out and mail it to them now i got a letter not a subpoeina from them stating that i have to got to court and if i dont then i will be held in contempt of court what am i spossed to do i thought you have to be subpoeniad to got to court and none of the papers are signed just stamped and say original signed on such and such date by judge hey

Sounds like you were served interrogatoroes (written questions) that you did not answer. That resulted in a motion to compel and an order requiring an answer. If you object to providing the requested information you need to appear before the judge, who can decide whether you are required to provide the information. Sometimes, you can appear by phone, otherwise, you need to go to a hearing in person.
