Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My daughter seperated from her husband and moved in with me. When she left she left the car behind that is in her husbands name he now wants the plates of the car ,but refuses to sign over the title. He says he does not want the car but i cant have the car without registration in front of my property. What legal rights do i have? The car has been sitting here for 3 months
