Need to know how to file a divorce against a deported immigrant.

My spouse is an Ecuadorian immigrant deported that went to jail in 1997, we got married will in jail because the lawyer said it would help him to stay in the US, he was deported on 1999 the same year we got married. Can someone tell me how do I go about getting a quick divorce? I have not heard from hime for ten years....

Can someone guide me I live in the state of Florida....

The courthouse where you live probably has forms for you to fill out that will get you divorced. They may even be on line. If not, go to the courthouse and find the family law division. Someone there will be able to provide the appropriate form for you.
