Is it lawful, in the state of Florida, for someone to audibly record a person without their consent?

No, the state of Florida is considered a "Two-Party Notice" state. That means that to lawfully record any coversation all parties must be made aware of the recording. It is a felony if one party is kept in the dark. There are also federal laws that deal with this issue also.
