Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
lien on house
The owner of a home in FL owes me a large sum of money (via promissory note). His home is going to foreclosure next month. I have retained a lawyer to help get this money but he's not doing anything. Can I put a lien on this house without the lawyer?

Where is the property and litigation locate, maybe I can help I deal with lost of these types of issues. Cant currently put a lien on the property but I have some other ideas.
