Unfortunately I and 2 of my friends lost job because of some conflicts between agency and hospital. It was on Dec 22. They did not respond to us. We waited one month for another job. During this period agency couldnt help us to pay the rent, bills or food.We found a job by ourselves because of our need. They ofrd me another job in Feb12.but I was not in a position to wait until that. I joined another job in Jan22 n CA.Then we found that agency filed a complaint in the court civil action and we got summons on May1.they allow20 days to sent the reply. Now we are looking for an attorney. On the Time of arrival to USwe have signed contract of$40K that we owe to the agency if I break the contract. The contract is for2years.Two more promissory notes for$2400&$780.02. Whether I can solve it out of the court?Whether I get negotiated on this case? Are you in a position to help me?

If your contract is under Florida law,you may need a Florida attorney to assist you. Under the facts you have presented, you may have a defense to complaint which has been filed. It depends upon the language in the contract.
