Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

sex,race, religion harrasment at work.. I can't anymore.

I am gay, black Cuban descent and my

family are lucumi

practicionar(santeria). My store

manager is constantly calling me a the

N word because of my skin tone. I

confide in him about my sexuality and

he was making comments with other

staff about.. I have been logging

everything down from as far back as I

could remember. I don't know what to

do. I enjoy my managerial job but I'm

tired of the comments. Yesterday I

was walking into work and jokinly

''supposebly'' he sad we an evil laugh

oh there goes the n***** he dresses

really nice today. And I realized I just

could''t take it anymore. Can anyone

help

How many employees with your employer? Is there an HR department you can report it to ? If there are more than 15 employees, you can file a charge with the EEOC. Maybe I can help. Let me know if you need assistance.
