Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
i had a shrimp boat repossesed from me on 10/16/09 the seller of the boat sent me a certified letter stating that he was giving me until 1/1/2010 to pay due balance can the seller do that or is it unlawful if so what can i do to get my boat back it is my only source of income
