Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

Its been two years since our wedding and we don't have any pictures and have lost connection with the photographer named leslie roark. Her maiden name is leslie register and we have been after her and did communicate with her after a year of trying to find her again and another customer of hers is holding her hard drive until her pictures are done, which they made an agreement and a mediation. they got their pictures and were not happy with them and never gave the hard drive back which has our pictures on them. We want our money back and have been trying to find out where and how to take this case. We need help, we have no wedding pictures and every anniversary is a reminder of how our wedding wasn't a success. she has dropped off the grid, and cannot contact her. no more facebook, if there is, we are blocked. And we are not the only family who has missing pictures! please help us.
