Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

I took a computer to a computer repair Guy in August and it have been back about 6 times and he says he cant find it. He gave me one the last time I was there and said it had to be mine. that the reason it looked different he put a new top on it. When i got home it was not mine and it had nothing on it . Now he has all my personal information and says he don't know what happened to it. Claris Moore

I'm not sure what you are asking for legal help with. If you think he is lying or has stolen your information, then I suggest you notify the police.
