Email accounts
I sent several emails to my daughter's grandmother concerning custody issues, i accidentally erased them from my acct. She used to let me use her acct. before I got my own and I have the password to log in. Is it illegal to retreive them from her acct?

No, I would doubt it, but simply as a matter of courtesy, why not first get the grandmother's permission to log into her email account?
