1) What is the legal definition of a host/server?

2) Do I need an Adult Business license if I am

soliciting advertisment on my Adult site,

even though I am not hosting the site?

I can only change out the photos and change

the wording, when I get the access codes.

3) What is the legal state of Florida definition

of an Adult business/establishment? Is there

a federal legal definition?

Answer to your questions are:

1) What is the legal definition of a host/server?

Their is no legal definition under the D.M.C.A. their is an O.S.P. definition and exemption.

2) Do I need an Adult Business license. Normally websites do not need a adult use license.

3) If you are running an adult site you need to go to www.adultxxxlaw.com. It will keep you out of trouble in the adult internet industry.
