Internet Bindings

A few months back I joined an Online Message Board, i ended up making a new account because I forgot my old login, And now im getting threatened with legal threats because somewhere in their ''Terms of condition'' when I joined their website, it states ''If anyone creates a second account, you agree to pay a fine of $5,000''. I never read that term in the fine print. What should I do?
