Website - cut and paste - copyright infringement
If an article is taken without consent, a link, or a credit from a website. Posted for less than 7 days and removed immediately upon request. Does the original writer of the material have a valid copyright infringement lawsuit?

Perhaps, although its value would be quite small and almost certainly not worth pursuing.
