Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

Is it illegal for me to take a picture of the maintenance tech who came into my office, which i pay rent at, to fix an a/c unit for the purpose of documenting the fact that they were there. the purpose of this picture is for proof when the building management says they have never been called to fix the a/c in the first place
