how to get something sealed?

I had a misdomeaner of a pettie theft and was told it is possible to get it sealed to help out with future job applicants. What forms/documents would i need to go about doing that?

You can cover yourself in Florida by following the procedures and submitting the proper forms. The court where it happened should be able to assist you.
