In a motion for a 2nd summary judgment, can the defendant

use the same summary with the

same exhibits and just title it

2nd motion for summary judgment?

If it is just a repeat of the first motion without any additional evidence, you can expect the same result and you might annoy the judge. I would not waste the paper or the stamp.
