Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

False arrest affadavits, maliscious prosecution, Use of force..

I live in South Florida, every arrest i have had in this area have had a false arrest affadavit involved, only once has the officer written the truth, and in that case i hired an attorney in ft. lauderdale to sue hollywood police department. In the other cases mdpd was involved, some arrests involved the same officer, all were nol pros or i was aquitted. I have lost my business because of these violations of my due process, I have even written the Attorney General, requesting their civil rights office to investigate under the Marvin Davies act of 2003, in the florida statutes. In addition a N. miami police officer drew his weapon on me in front of my home, for no apperent reason, i have filed complaints with internal affairs in many of these cases and gotten the same response, ''the officer is within the law''. How can these officers continue to violate my civil rights and how can i regain what i've lost? I am an ex marine and college graduate, the lies and false arrests say something about the law enforcement community in this state. I have records of all i've stated. I am seeking an attorney to defend my rights, there is a serious problem here in florida im sure many agree.

My email address is tshirtking34@hotmail
