Re: letter to vacate property

For specific legal advice, I would need to see your leases and discuss this matter with you on the phone. However, a few general suggestions may be helpful.

The first step will to be to review your leases with each tenant. If you have relatively sophisticated leases, you should already have a brief outline of what to do. Be very careful not to breach your leases with your tenants as it could render you liable for damages.

In the alternative, you could simply allow your leases to expire. The best approach will likely depend on a number of factors including your construction time frame, the number of tenants, the terms and conditions of your leases, etc.

Hope this information was helpful. If I can be of further assistance, I'll be happy to speak with you at no charge. My phone number is (954) 229-1008. Good luck!
