Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

no response from company after work was performed

I had a wood fence put up by a company in Florida & it's been only 6 months & the fence is coming apart. I can't seem to get a hold of this person. What legal rights do I have and who can I report them to besides better business bureau?

You may have a claim for breach of warranty. If you do have such a claim, whether or not it is worth pursuing will depend on whether any assets can be located for the company in question. In order to ensure that your rights are adequately protected and pursued, you should consider consulting with a qualified attorney.
