Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida

I signed a roofing contract sat 6/16/18 with a start date of 6/28/18 the roof was started 6/18/18 and completed 6/19/18 and i didn't have a chance for other estimates

A contract is a contract. You contracted for a roof; you got a roof. If you wanted other estimates, you should have obtained them before you signed a contract. Once you sign a contract, the terms of the contract control.
