Legal Question in Construction Law in Florida
I have stopped work on a remodel that is now 5000.00 over what the total contract amount was, I was told verbally that the homeowner would pay the difference, They have now told me they would not. The overage is due to a multitude of upgrades per their request from the original agreement.
