With rspect to an alleged medical bill-if I offer to pay in full the alleged bill and if the collection service upon payment will remove in its entirety the negative entry on the credit reporting agencies and the credit collection service refses -is there a damage claim against the collection service?the phyisician and his medical group? How do I proceed on a contingent basis and with whom?

The physicians didn't do anything. Contact the collection reporting service and complain to get it removed. Sounds like you have not suferred any damages so a suit would not make much sense.
