Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
can a dealer keep a 500$ deposit if I back out of deal two days later, I do not have the vehicle? Thank you.

Whether a dealer can keep a deposit or not is controlled by statute. I would need to see the depsit slip. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
