Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I want to file a lawsuit against a marina in Florida for unfair business practices, and other issues, that since I am not an attorney I can only call discrimination, extortion, and unlicensed activity; how long from the date that the illegal action occurred do I have to file a civil case?
