Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

In Florida, I purchased a car March 20, 2010. Ten days later the car broke down and I had to tow it to a mechanic. He told me I needed to replace the alternator. I have three month three thousand miles warranty on the vehicle. However, the warranty only covers up to $500. Two weeks after the first break down, the car broke down again. I took it to Universal Nissan of Orlando. Diagnostic tells me I need an engine replacement. The total cost for parts and labor is $6000 and I owe $6800 on the vehicle. I contact the dealer, but they just offered me a 30% discount off parts and labor. what should i do in this situation? Im at a lost.

I assume this is a used car. This is auto fraud. See my website on this. In order to assist you, I would need the year and make of the car, and what representations were made, and to see the documentation. You also need to get the history of the vehicle. The information on how to do this is on my website. Want to know the law?
