Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Fraud?

First I want to thank for this service you offer for free.

I bought a PC LCD monitor for about U$S400 from DELL and sent it to a place called REAL DEPOT to bring it to Argentina for a $150 shipping price.

The monitor never arrived.

What can I do with this ''peoples''?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

These are all good responses. In short, you get the protection you make sure you have before you pay money. Use service providers with something to lost if they cheat you.

File a claim against the insurance that I hope you took out. If not, you can file a complaint with the Miami-Dade County Consumer Advocates Office. They will send out a letter to investigate the situation. If they find wrongdoing, the entity may face serious charges but it may not put any monies in your pocket. Last, you can file suit in the county court small claims division for damages.
