kinda bought a new car

my girlfriend went to a dealer and got a new car but it was late at night and the could not get in touch with the bank so her and her cosigner did not finish the deal but she signed papers and drove of the lot with it on the drive home she said she didnt like it no one has talked to the bank yet can the car be returned

No. Once she and the dealer representative sign the paperwork, the deal is done. There is no right of recission on an automobile purchase.
