Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

was this leagal what this officer did to me.

Hi, on 6-4-2008 i went a little fast for about three seconds in a parking lot because there was a problem with my car i made sure there was no people in the lot at the time. after about three minutes i pulled over to read, after another minute past a plain car pulls up so i continued to read, all of a sudden someone is slamming there fist in to my window and yelling very very loud get out of the car, i didn`t know that this was a police officer because he was standing near the back door and i was covering my face because i thought the window was going to shatter. I could see a green shirt so I thought it could be a police officer so I rolled down the window and he immediately began to grab, push, pull and smack the handcuffs on my wrist, he smacked the cuff on my wrist so hard it was swollen within minutes. I kept asking him, what did I do, please tell me what I did, your hurting me, please stop, tell me what I did, but he wouldn�t tell me. I still had my seat belt on while he was trying to pull me out of the car. He then dragged me out of the car by the hand cuff and arm. a few minutes he threw me to the ground and slammed his knees in to my back. searched my car, towed it and then took me to jail. there is a lot more. thank you

Somehow I believe there is more to the story than you revealed.

I urge you to retain counsel or if you cannot afford counsel request that one be appointed to protect your interests. Also dont sy or admit anything except with your attorney and following the advice that may be given.
