I purchased 6 monyhs promotional tv/intenet/phone fro $69.99 in Dec.2009 first 2 months were ok and thereafter I have benn getting bills for $360 / $410 / $448 each bill cycle. What can I do to resolve this matter? I called Verizon each month and they are now telling me there is record of my sales form which I signed up at the beginning. If I cancel this service do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
