Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I received a letter from my bank of 39 years that they had made a clerical error in reporting wrong information to the credit bureau (3), the past three years have been a nightmare. I was unemployed for 16 months but due to the bank's erroneous reporting I have paid high interst rates and have been under difficult financial hardship. I have had excellent credit in past and I want to know if I sue the bank for damages.

You need first to request the credit reporting agencies to fix the problem and send a copy of the letter to the bank. See my website for a form letter. If they do not fix it, you have an additonal claim. I would be happy to assist you in this matter, Go to www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
