Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I recently won a prize from a company and they told me to wait 8-10 weeks which has been almost 6 months. I know the doesn't hit stores until next year so I think that's the problem but can I take legal action and for what?

If you won a prize, without doing anything, then it is a gift, and not a contract, and you have no basis to sue.
