Refund from eBay seller
I returned an item to a seller in FL, I have not received my refund and they won't respond. I'm in SC, what legal rights do I have?

You can sue, but that is the problem with eBay -- tough to enforce since you may have to do so here in Florida. eBay has a complaint department and I would start there.
