It depends on what your calling a retail buyers order, but any contract, for which two parties sign, or orally agree, and for which there is consideration paid or promised, is binding in any state, unless it is written contract that contains language that is expresssly prohibited by Statute in Florida. If you are trying to either enforce a contract or get out of one, you should seek the assistance of an attorney to review the contract specifically.
