Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I sign an service agreement contract with an online school. I was schedule to take a proctor test that never arrive. I decided to withdraw my studies with this school. I also submitted a compliant with BBB and FTC. My concerns I don't want this to hurt my credit report. Please be advised I have documents to substantiate my case.
