Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
i just visited a store and attempted to buy an item. when i got to the cash register they took the item from me and told me that it was not for sale and was an event item for a sale that is on friday it is now tuesday i found the item on a shelf like any other item and it even had a price attached to the box. is it legal for them to do this

In order to form a binding agreement, there must be several things, including an offer and acceptance. When an item is priced for sale in a store, it is merely an invitation for you to make an offer to buy the item. You did, and the store refused to accept your offer to purchase the item, so there is no enforceable agreement.
