Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I borrowed 500 dollars in ace advance cash in 2011, but i haven't been able to pay ,because at that time i lost my job . they have been calling me and telling me that if i don't pay 800 dollars righ now they are charging me for fraud in my county. they do not want to give me like a payment plan to pay.

Tell them to go ahead . They can not charge you for fraud. There was no intent to defraud anyone and they would have to establish all elements of fraud in order to do that. Send them a couple of dollars every now and then until you can pay them off.

If you feel that you are being harassed, you should speak with an attorney. It is possible that the creditor is violating state or Federal law due to the way they are handling this matter. I agree with Lucreita, though...tell them to bug off and pay what you can.
