Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I keep getting calls on payday loans that have been paid I just received a call from someone who said I owed a payday loan with a rubin llc and wants to settle the account that I do not owe the account they said was opened 11/10/12 don't know what to do

hang up. These people are relentless. They never serve you papers or have any proof of any loan. Tell them, if you must speak to them, to send you the signed agreement where in you agree to pay any funds. I doubt that you will get anything. It will be a long conversation with them going to arrest you etc. Try to get their name, address and telephone number and then turn them over to the State Attorney's office for harassment.
