Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If my car is about to be repossessed can the lienholder legally make me pay more than what is past due to bring the account up to date? If I come up with what is past due, they have to accept it, correct?

Generally yes, plus any penalties and interest due under the contract.
