The overdraft of your bank account has nothing to with the casino. That is between you and your bank. You should read the deposit agreement and the bank's policy on overdraft. No business/vendor would have any idea how much money is in your bank account. If you incurred $1,500 in charges then the casino will take steps to recover it like any business would. If you left your debit card on file with them then they will attempt to debit your account. If the bank paid the funds to the business and you didn't have the money to cover it in your account then you are liable to the bank for the amount they paid, and any additional fees charged by your bank that are allowed by your deposit agreement.
