collecting judgement

How can I collect judgement if debtor does not own real or personal property in state of Florida? Will I be able to collect my money from debtor's taxes (tax return)? What other ways are to collect my money?

You can collect from any non-exempt assets in which the debtor has an interest to the extent of that interest.
