company credit card

hello

i recently printed my credit report and noticed my old job never paid the company CC. ALL the expences were company releated and wasnt even awar this was on my credit. its been 2 years and i dont know what do do. is this legal can they just not pay smething like that?

If the company required/allowed use of the card for business expenses, and those expenses were not paid by the company, then you likely are being held liable by the credit card company. If that is the case, then you would have an action against the former employer.

If the credit card company sues you for the debt, then you would be able to implead the former employer (drag them into the lawsuit).
