Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

To Whom it my Concern

My Name is Youness Tamine, I have a garnishment on my Bank account, and that was because of a Credit Card The problem started 4yrs ago, all I know is that they took me to court without me knowing about it, they got a judgment and they garnished my account they took all the money I had that time the some of $1193 and then they release my account to normal with overdraft, I didn't have any money for weeks cause I didn't have a job, and then now they came back again and garnish my account they said you that they can do that with the same judgment 4yrs ago, with the same file number, and they asking me if I want my account to be release again I have to pay them $500+ payment each month till I pay $1132, I called the clerk of the court and ask them if I have anything any judgment concerning this matter they couldn't find anything beside the 2006 judgment. my question is... is it legal that they can serve me with the same judgment 4yrs ago? and is it legal what they are doing?

by the way I call this people that I want some paper or something confirming what they are doing. they said my Bank legal should give me the paper and all I need, I called the bank they said they don't have nothing what so ever, all they have is what the other party gave them which is the day of the garnishment started no paper work no date no nothing when I checked the file number was the same one 4yrs ago. Please if you can have any advice will help please.

Thank you

Regards.
