Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i am a contractor and i have been been working on one job for the past 3 months. i have been finished with the job for 3 weeks and every time i go to them to get payed they say that they are not happy with sometihng but can never tell me what i need to fix. when is it enough where they just need to pay me.. they owe me over 8000 dollars?

You will need to file a claim against them. Notify them by certified mail that unless they issue you a check for the balance owed within 10 days, that you will file a suit against them. Then do it.
