My ex-wife has been utilizing a credit card that I had paid and closed in 1989. She recently filed for bankruptcy and I was contacted by a debt collector to pay for this card. What are my rights?

If the card was cancelled, you should not have liability. In any event you should consult with competent counsel. I suggest, if convenient, call me for an appointment.
