i feel like i'm getting scammed i payed a person for a motorcycle and i never received the motorcycle and she is no long answering here phone..

Send a certified letter and if thay does not work, see a consumer lawyer and call the police to file a report. Go to the NACA website for a consumer lawyer in your area.
