garnish wages

cant pay credit cards lost job can barely pay mortgage can creditors garnish my wifes pay if we can just pay house bills and very little food. thank you for your time. bill

If she gets sued because she is on the bills and one of them gets a judgment, and she isn't the primary support of a child or another dependent, her wages can legally be garnished.
