Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Involved in debt lawsuit in Florida. The plaintiff did not respond to my discovery requests and more than 30 days has passed. What should can I do?

I assume you are the Defendant. Hard to say what your next step is without seeing the complaint or your answer or any of the other documentation that has passed hands. However, once the lawsuit is filed, and you filed an answer, and if you believe a reasonable amount of time has passed, then you file a Motion with the Court. I suggest you see an attorney to do this. Filing the wrong thing could make things worse for you.
